Returns & Exchanges

Refunds are made within 14 days maximum following receipt of your package.

The Refund process requires the following conditions to be met:

  • Returned product must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by an original receipt.
  • Any items of any kind that were given with the products purchased for free must also be returned.
  • Refunds are not accepted if the product is not in its original packaging and in the same condition it was in when purchased. 
  • We are not responsible for any losses or damage that occurs to the prouder refundable they are in your possession and in this case, we can refuse your request for refund or exchange.
  • Please note that the time limit is according to the laws in force within the country and in cases of offers, the terms of the offers will apply.

How can I request a refund?

  • Prepare (your products) with the invoice and make sure it is well packaged.
  • Upon completing the above-mentioned steps, you can deliver your returned products to the shipping company representative, knowing that nit Home does not bear the costs of your returns.
  • A copy of the bill of lading will be delivered to you to track your request.

Refund process:

  • Once products reach our warehouse, they are examined.
  • For suitable products that are accepted, you’ll be reimbursed according to your payment method.
  • If you place the order by cash on delivery payment method, the refund will be in you wallet on nit-home website you can use it in next orders .
  • If your order is paid by credit card, the refund will be transferred on the same card that you paid with
  • You will be able to view your refund directly on your bank account within a few days, depending on your banking organization.

Refund period: 

The average refund period is 14 days, although it varies from bank to bank for credit cards and bank accounts


  • If you wish to cancel your order after having validated your payment, we invite you to contact us during business hours and within an hour of placing your order to assist you in this process.
  • If you paid by credit card, and you cancel the order in accordance with this clause, we will process a refund as soon as possible, but we are not responsible for the period required for that process to reappear in your account as it depends on your banking organization.
  • Please note that the cancellation of your order is no longer possible after the time mentioned above, as the order has already been completed, but it can be canceled by following our return / refund process instructions as mentioned above.


You can exchange your Order if it has a defect within 30 days of your purchase.

Exchange steps:

  • Make an exchange request form the orders page or Email us at with your order number.
  • State the products that you would like to exchange. 
  • The availability of the required product must be considered, and the exchange process is carried out according to the company’s policy
